Well as the title says my target is to get to target before I turn 40 sept 2014. So thats giving me just over a year and ideally id like to lose 2 stone 6lbs in that time.

Well 34lbs it is to lose and ive given myself such a long time frame as I have a body that doeant like to play ball with losing weight.

I started friday so this Friday is my first week weigh in and im expecting a small lose. Which will start me on the road to slim dom. But normally I gain on my second week then I get fed up and stop doing it.

So plan is to plod on with the diet taking the rough with yhe smooth and hoping I can reach ny target in time.

Im sticking to all red days as my body doesn't like the carbs it brings my body out in fat. :-(

Im also battling this weight loss journey with hypothyroidism which im on medication for. At present my medication has been increased and im feeling hungry a lot.

So plan for tomorrow is

Drink 4 pints of water minimum 2.25 litres.
Eat lots of super free food
Eat at 10 syns
 
Good luck on your journey. Drinking all that water will be great for your body. I really need to drink more too it's so easy just to drink diet soft drinks these days and ignore the water completely!
 
Yes it is very easy to drink the fluid we are supposed to in diet drinks and not water. I dont buy very much fizzy drinks and my children mainly drink squash water or milk. On the odd occasion i do buy it i find its drank fast ha ha ha h

Well im job hunting today and im sat here with 700ml cup of water and im drinking away. Im going to drink 2.25 litres of water today as i hear it helps with the weight loss. Im a slow loser so i need all the help i can get with losing weight.

tonight im going to be making sweet and sour pork using fanta zero and a few other ingredients as well as pineapple yummmy then off to karate to burn off all the calories :)
 
Official weigh in tomorrow so I hope scales are kind to me. As they are showing so far a 3lbs loss but that may change between now and tomorrow. Fingers crossed tho.

Job hunting going ok ive got an interview friday so out to buy a white shirt today :)

Food plan is going well im enjoying all the new recipes as well as losing weight.
This week ive had beef goulash chicken new yorker sweet n sour pork roast beef and tonight im thinking of making lime chilli ginger chicken.

Lots of new recipes ive tried this week and its made it very enjoyable.
I was having weetabix every day so trying to mix things up a bit so trying magic porridge at the moment. Its just so filling and tasty.

Its 20 weigh ins until xmas so hoping to be 20lbs lighter by then :)

Tomorrow is going to be a mega busy day as I need to go get ink for printer print out application form and fill it out to take for interview. Aldo they want a passport photo so off to asda to buy a shirt to go with my trousers and get photo done. Then about a 45 min drive to interview. Plus im seeing accountant after.
So im going to need to make a packed lunch to take with me and fruit. As ill be home late I expect.

I forgot my tablet today which may mean a gain on scales but we shall see.

Official weigh in shows 2.5lbs loss but I dont count thr half pounds just the pounds so first week 2lbs

Knew it wss gonna be slow losses for me but I shall continue with the eating plan.

Today is mega busy im off to asds soon to buy my self a top to wear to the interview. Shall take my frozen beef goulash with me to have at mums. With some veg and maybe a muller light.
 
Fab 2lbs loss (you're extra strong not taking the half!! I'd have rounded up ... ;))!

Ive been at a 3lbs loss until today but I forgot my tablet yesterday that always causes weight gain.

Well its been a fab day today I had my first interview today since applying online for jobs. My children are older now and ita time I joined the work force. Had my first interview today for a job ive never done. Have no experience or qualifications. But got offered the job there and then so im feeling rather happy at the moment.

Ive been out and about a lot and ive stuck to diet and so far used no syns yet.

Yay!!!
 
What a fab day had my first trial shift to see if i like the work. I walked out feeling like ive got the best job in the world. My new job will involve eating out in resteraunts often so chicken salads and steaks i think. Plus working will keep me busy as ive got a house n house work to do with 4 children as well as working full time so no time to snack. I shall need to plan my meals and prepare lots in advance for family if im not going to be home at tea time and things so lots of preperation needed but lots of rewards. Hopefully this will help with the weight loss side of things

Thank you its really manic with lots of training and stuff but I start work monday and I should be on my own the week after. Rather exciting a lot to plan with food ad shifts are long. One I have to take lunch and tea with me. But ive a few meals in freezer for that to make my life easier.

Im doing good with my weight loss and ive lost 5lbs so ive got 29lbs to go. Im hoping that ill be losing weight with working ad ill be more active.

Sounds like you're doing brill! It's good your job involves lots of walking too as it means you'll be burning loads of calories just through work. Sadly as a copywriter I'm sat on my ass most of the day, but at least working from home gives me some perks such as being able to cook healthy meals.

Good luck on the scale, I'm sure you'll do really well this week!
 
Thank you cheese thief. Ive always been quite active when I wasnt worker I would exercise daily. Even if it was just a walk it all helps. Thats cool u can work from home. Easy to cook your meals.

Im just preparing my meals the night before most days I start at 7am or 8 am and finish at 8pm or 10pm. So I have breakfast before I go then take lunch with fruit. Dinner with fruit and my chocolate bar with hot at end of shift.

My first week at work and ive lost 2lbs this week so the planning ahead is working. Next week I need to get school uniforms ready kids breakfast and packed lunches ready as well as myself shall be fun im sure.
 
Well yesterday was so stressful
Found out my pup whos 1 has gone blind overnight took to vets and they found a mass in her stomach. Shes had to see lots of specialists regarding both the conditions.

My partner was so stressed and upset decided to go buy some fags after hes not smoked for 2 months and we went out last night. He drank lots of alcohol. All I wanted to do was get a massive bar or chocolate and eat eat eat. But I thought about it. Will the chocolate or alcohol fix the probs. Nope it wont! So I decided to drink diet coke until 1.30am and stick 100% to diet.

Today dog is seeing specialist to be sedated and a special eye test. Tomorrow possible operation on her belly.

So defo a stressful time but im very very proud of myself for staying strong throughout.
 
Aww no, I hope your pub is going to be ok, it must be so upsetting. Let us know how you get on today *fingers crosses* all goes well.

Well done for sticking to SW though, you're right alcohol and chocolate won't fix anything, you'd have just woke up today feeling even worse.
