So Monday morning! Back on plan and back on plan with Green Days.
Spent the weekend scuffing myself. Wayyyy too scared to weigh in! Eeeek!
Today's plan isss : Brekie: He A & He B: Weetabix and milk.
Lunch: jacket potatoe with beans, 1/3 suprfree veg or piece of fruit. He A cheese.
Tea: Fruit and some beans too maybe
Dinner: rice with curry veggie one
Still need to decide what to spend my syns on!!
*Update* Syns so far 8- 2 on options hot chocolate and 6 on Muller chocolate flakes banana yoghurt.
