hi hun hope u dont mind me followin ater a hopeless 9months on ww and putttin on and loosin iv given up can i ask on calorie countin are u allowed to eat what ever u want like crisp chocolate as long as u point them and should be ok if you dont go over your calories am also wondering how many should i be havin any help would be great and wd on ur losses hun fantastic x
