    Question Expected weight loss

    How much weight per week can I expect to lose on a VLCD?

    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 1st7lb
    Weight to Lose: 2st1lb
    % Lost 11.05%
    On average you should lose a stone a month, some weeks will have great losses some not so, its not an exact science sadly! Taking regular measurements is always a good idea as on a slow week you will still see changes there if not on the scales x

    Clearly you don't know much about dits and maintenance. Even diets like WW or SW offer much higher weigh loss than that

    I lost about 6 pounds first week then 3 from then on
    X
