Weigh in in the evening... any one else find it frustrating?

Ideally you should try to weigh first thing in the morning after you have been to the toilet and before you've eaten or drank anything as this will be the most accurate time.

Your weight will fluctuate throughout the day depending on fluid and food intake so I can understand why you are frustrated by evening weigh ins. All I can really say is if you can stick to weighing in the morning, it should be more accurate and not jump around so much :)
 
I'm going to sound like a broken record but yes, I fully agree that the weekly (evening) weigh ins can be quite off-putting. Why don't you just keep your own weigh in diary and go through the motions of the evening weigh in without really taking it in, in the knowledge that it includes food and drinks you have consumed during the day and is inaccurate? I would always recommend weighing in no more than twice a month too to keep you focused.
 
My WW weigh in is the evening, and I'm usually about 3lbs heavier than in the morning. I do find it a little annoying because I regard the lower, naked weight as the true one! As long as it keeps moving down though its all good!
 
Yes, that's the other problem with a public weigh in - you can't go naked lol. Clothes can be quite weighty. Once I weighed myself with an average amount of clothes on(without shoes) then without clothes and there was a difference of between 2-3 pounds.
