Well I am finally back after putting weight back on etc. Really struggling to get it back off so thought why not start a new diary to try and help me stay on track.
Weight now: 9 stone 2
Goal weight: 8 stone
I go on holiday in 12 and a half weeks so hoping this is going to really motivate me :)
I am going to make Friday my official weigh in day and I shall weigh in once a week!
My diet is simply healthy eating/calorie counting.
Lets do this!!!
