So... 8 week challenge! Well it's just under 8 weeks actually... So here is the story!
My. Best friend gets married in 8 weeks, I am a bridesmaid, so fat I have lost nearly 4st on a mixture of slim and save and weight watchers. We have a bit of a dress disaster... In that the last time I tried mine on it was still too tight and now the other size 6 bridesmaid is pregnant and her dress is too small!
Anyhow I've ordered a new dress which will hopefully fit but in the mean time.....
I've rejoined the gym, my induction is on Tuesday evening and I plan on doing 2 gym and 2 swims a week until the wedding with the hope of losing at least another 1 1/2stone in this time.
I think that's do able as I think have around 8 stone to lose to get to a perfect BMI. I am well out of ketosis following s&s now so hopefully should have a good loss my first week.
In terms if my diet I am not sure what to do... Can anyone offer any advice? Should I go back to weight watchers or is there something else anyone can recommend?
