    6 week until success!!!

I have 6 weeks until my holiday and I want to look my best. So I want to do a vlcd and hopefully will go from 17 stones to 14.7 stones. I know that is a big ask, but I achieved exactly that many years ago. Once I am back from my break I hope to continue until I reach 10.7 stones. So here goes fingers crossed :-)

Gosh that's a lot of weight in 6 weeks? What will you eat? !

My holiday is in 7 weeks time (well a little one next week too but not counting that as it's with family not my skinny friends!!) Where are you going?

    Very best of luck! Xx

Hi blond cat, I used shake that weight, it is truly the best value for money. I have realised it is 8 weeks not 6 but I do hope to be 14 - 14.7 for going to France. Very good luck we can do this :-)

Day 1 is going well and I know I will be fine today xx

Well one week later I failed and lost nothing.

Now onwards and up wards. If you read this and there are no entries after this I failed. If I have stuck to my vlcd and succeed then I will have wrote a whole lost more.....

My plan is simple, stop worrying and thinking I must have food. After all I have over ate 7 stones so a little diet with no food for a while is verrrrrrrryyyyyyyyy manageable. So I will begin....

It's so hard getting back on a vlcd isn't it! I had numerous failed restarts until my head was in the right place.

Good luck... You can do it!!!

Hi cheekychick, I really think it is so difficult but I am going to do my best. I am trying to tell myself if I make a mistake keep going rather than giving up and having to restart. Thanks for your kind words and of course good luck to you xx

    Day 1

I am doing fine and feel good. I keep telling myself i can do this and I will do this!!

I got a good surprise today, I ordered an outfit I thought I would not fit into until three weeks of vlcd. It fits well so I am waiting a week to see how my diet goes, if well I will return it and order a smaller size, and if I don't do so well I will keep it It is for my sis in laws birthday party, I really want to be able to send it back for a smaller size.

Well I just need to get to bed tonight with no cheating and day 1 will be behind me :-) :-) :-)

Just take it one day at a time! You know the first few days are tricky but once there over it's plain sailing!

Hi cheekychic, I have had to come on to save me from giving in. My husband is always so supportive BUT he has just walked in and sat in front of me eating a big pizza. I feel like pulling my hair out, or smashing that pizza lol. I wasn't even bothering either, men god they are useless. I feel better now :-) :-) :-)

    Day 2

All well so far and I feel really good already. I am hungry today but don't feel dizzy or anything so all is good. I done a daft thing, day 2 and found myself checking the scales. No idea what the piont was as I have only done a day lol. This time next week I hope I have a good loss on the scales, that will motivate me to keep going.

I am size 20 at the moment and bought a size 18 outfit for three weeks time. I am not sure I will get into them but I am happy to try my best. So I have a milkshake to go and some light exercise, and the vidration plate. Hope I get to say tomorrow I have had another 100% day :-) :-) :-)

    Day 3

Hi cheekychic, I made it 100% so I am really pleased. For me giving up the food and just getting on with the diet is the biggest battle. I think I am managing it, but as with any addiction I can't take my eye off the ball. I felt so good yesterday and managed my light exersize with ease. So today is more about ensuring I keep my eye on the prize, so here I go :-) :-) :-)

Not long until ketosis now then it will be plain sailing! I'm doing really well with the exercising but I need to get my eating sorted I think! Need to make a decision on what I am going to do and stick with it!

I hope the rest of your day goes well :-)
