Hi everyone,
Some of you may have seen me dotted around this forum a few times, some kind ladies from the ww section encouraged me to start my own food diary for added support so this is what I am doing..
So a little about me.. My names Katy I am 25 from london i have always battled with my weight and had body complexes since ive been in my very early teens.. Ive been between 9 and a half stone at my lowest (albeit when i was 15!!) and at my heaviest 12.3 stone. I am 5'3 in height and i do not carry weight well at all! I look very top heavy at the minute and just want to be happy with my body and myself once and for all.
I have literally tried every diet going.. From shake diets to sw to ww to lean and clean to basically starving then binging.
My most recent weight loss was 1.7 stone during cambridge shakes only diet needless to say that didnt last and ive put on about 5lbs since then! I did feel really motivated my first few weeks at weight watchers but recently i have been feeling very low about my slow losses that i cant seem to get out of this negative thinking!
Really need some support and of course i would love to support others too!! I am currently 10st 13lbs and want to be about 9st 7 although right now that seems so far away so i want to take it in small steps so it feels that little bit less daunting!
I want to put on here what i am eating each day.. Hopefully by doing so i will be accountable, honest with myself about what i am actually eating And look at patterns of eating habits ie when i binge or feel the need to.
I wont bore you with any more rambling! Anyway if u made it this far reading well done hahha and thank you! Please post, everyone is welcome
