Hi everyone, I decided to start this diary to keep me on track and hopefully find and give support along the way :p
Im 37 a mum to a 10 year old girl and 8 year old boy and work part time in retail.

Ive been on so many diets including ww lots of times. I did Cambridge in 2009 and got down to a tiny size but couldn't maintain and gave me a worse relationship with food than I started with
So im 5ft2, 13.13 and am looking to get to 9.13 as thats a nice round 4 stone to loose :)
Im using my value diary and finding it great so far. Im currently on day 2. Yesterday went well with 2 points under but I think I prob underestimated my milk so not too worried.

A new target should help with motivation im sure! I haven't set myself any time scales yet. ..just taking each day. .hour by hour lol! The fact I did day 1 is great for me at the mo!!

Im not sure im going to have a set day as such. That messes with my head a little lok! I guess officially its sunday first thing but I am a bit of a scale hopper! ! What day do you weigh?

I walk a lot too as don't drive. This week won't be as much because of half term and no school run to do. We are having a pj day today as tge weather us horrible out there. Me & my boy were awake since 4am watching the weather lol! Xxx

here in n.ireland theres not much more than a breeze! seen it on daybreak this am though, looks awful in places!

i weigh in on a monday, so will hear the damage tonight! i was def over pp this week, might not have been much so fingers crossed for an ok one! lol cx

Do you go to ww meetings then? I used to go in a Monday night. I was going to re-join but will see if I can do it from home and save the pennies. I miss the shop at the meeting, I liked looking at all the bits for sale. Good luck for tonight!! Xxx

Just having a snack as a bit peckish. .a chocolate snack a jack is 2pp :eek:doesnt seem worth it! Really need to invest in some low point treats!! Xxx

oh that is quite high! for what it is, I have tried to stay away from a lot of diet things like cracker bread etc cause to me they are too diety? lol!

I go to class on a monday evening, i def couldnt do it without going. I have a great leader with a great class, its not too big and she makes everyone feel so apart of it! we're doing time to sparkle at the min with a christmas countdown which i was doing too well at and seem to have lost the same go at it cx

I couldn't agree more about 'diet' foods! I ate them quite a bit when I started to gather my thoughts and ideas on the plan but I think the only WW thing I eat now is the Soup?!? I think they are too much of a waste of PP/£ otherwise! Oh and me a WW Pro? Thank You very much for the intro there Caz ;-) x

Hi & thanks kimbo....how are you getting on at the mo?

Exactly Serana, I agree also about diet foods but im also trying to use what I have in the cupboards too. I think I definitely need to get some snack bits in but don't want the chance to binge on them...one snack a jack is more than enough lol! Going to look at some Options for a chocolate treat in the evenings a la Serena...who is indeed a pro!!!

What other snack/treats do you ladies have?

Loving the support today, thanks guys:p

I love my Options and also found Galaxy Bubbles which is also 1pp a cup! I used to indulge in 2pp or 3pp Choc of an evening but I found I just ate two (LOL) so now I'm the Queen of the 5pp Full Size Choc! Much more satisfying and with my Options it makes my Evening Treat 6pp :) x

This is my first week back after having a couple of months off! Lol. But I'm right back in the swing of things, don't know what I'd do without serena, she's a real inspiration and pp guru! :D.

I like having babybel lights for a snack-1pp each. And crackerbreads, they're only 2pp for 5! (Something I learnt from serena). Xx
