Hi everyone, I decided to start this diary to keep me on track and hopefully find and give support along the way
Im 37 a mum to a 10 year old girl and 8 year old boy and work part time in retail.
Ive been on so many diets including ww lots of times. I did Cambridge in 2009 and got down to a tiny size but couldn't maintain and gave me a worse relationship with food than I started with
So im 5ft2, 13.13 and am looking to get to 9.13 as thats a nice round 4 stone to loose :-)
Im using my value diary and finding it great so far. Im currently on day 2. Yesterday went well with 2 points under but I think I prob underestimated my milk so not too worried.
