Hello everyone!
i've been messing around for far too long and want to get back to goal! :) I love pro points and know it's the best diet for me to loose my weight and hopefully maintain - when I get there eeek. I'm constantly falling off the wagon and bingeing, it's so disgusting, so hopefully posting on here can keep me on track!

i'm going to weigh in in the morning so tomorrow will be my first day back on track.

Morning! :) About to get up and ready for work. Day one back on track eeek. Will update my food later, but here's hoping for a happy and healthy day!

Good luck with your diet. Have started back on ww diet today. Did sw but just couldnt get to grips with it. Plus some days cant be bothered with making stuff from scratch.

Hi sue. :) So happy with my first day, so far so good! Felt in control and satisfied, first time in a long time.

weighed in this morning 10stone and 2 lbs

breakfast - 55g bran flakes - 5

lunch (get lunch at work provided)
rocket salad - 0
pork chop - 5
3 x potatoe chunks - 6

dinner -
peas - 2
chicken Kiev - 8

2 x fromage frais - 3

29/28 so only 1 weekly used
