Hi I'm lucy, I'm 24 with two kiddies, a nearly 3 year old and a 1 year old.

After having my son I went from 16st 10lbs to 12st 12lbs and was feeling great, however after falling pregnant with my daughter I've managed to get to the biggest I've ever been.

I joined my local class last night, everyone was lovely and I'm really motivated to lose weight.

My daily points are 39

Starting weight: 16st 13lbs
Goal weight: 11st 6lbs (I am 5'9, to be honest I'll be happy in the 12's)

Food today:

B: 2 toast (4) laughing cow light (1) and ham (1)

L: cup a soup (3) cheese twists (2) bread (2) laughing cow light (1) cucumber (0)

D: tikka masala with onion and carrot ( 8 )rice (5)

S: milk for teas (2) option hot choc x2 (2) slimfast snack bar x2 (5)

Total points: 36/39

Food yesterday:

B: co op chicken mayo sandwich (at work) 8pp

L: ham, light dairylea and cucumber sandwich (6pp) cup a soup (4pp) snack a jack (1pp)

D: co op low fat lasagne (was reduced to 50p a at work couldn't resist lol) 9pp

S: berries, meringue and muller light (3pp)
Twirl (5pp) options hot choc (1pp)
Milk for teas (2pp) sugar (in teas at work) (2pp)

Total 36/36

Will do today's food later :)
 
I can't resist the twirl's!! I work at my local co op so get to grab all the cheap goodies, my freezer is absolutely stuffed with reduced meat lol x

L: 2 snack a jack rice cakes topped with light dairylea, ham, chicken, cucumber (6pp) homemade veg soup (0pp)

D: large portion of chicken cassarole (8pp)

S: meringue and yoghurt (3pp) 3 fingers of twirl (8pp) options hot choc x2 (2pp)
Milk for teas (2pp)

Total points: 32/36
