My healthy- pregnancy food diary

I'm 17 weeks pregnant and now the sickness has gone i need to get into a better eating & exercise routine. It's not my intention to lose weight, just to keep any unnecessary gains to a minimum, so far i've gained 6lbs i'm now 9 st 10 lbs.

I'm going to +6pp on the days im counting so limit 32, and other days i'll mainly bw doing f&h. Also light exercise when i can :)

Any advice would be great! X

30 stairs, planks & legs +7
Tuna & cheese jacket coldsaw & salad - 18

Hey here to subsribe need to find some motivation to be healthier! Do you just stick with the 49 weeklies or you giving yourself extra for the baby?
 
Hiii to be honest i keep swapping between sw and ww and havent been able to stick to either iv been so ill. The plan was to just stick to 49 tho. How have u been getting on hun? X
 
Rubbish i am the same keep switching but not actually sticking to anything! I was in hospital yesterday with bleed thought the worst but luckily little bean is still kicking away mad but it made me really think i need to be trying harder to stay as healthy as possible its so hard tho!
 
Aaw im sorry u had a scare theres nothing worse these little ones r stronger than we think big hugs to u! Iv been trying to eat clean (with cheese included ha) its worked the last 2 days i feel lots better iv been having weetabix & banana for breakfast, lunch is a salad, tea tonight i had noodle stir fry, and snacking on things like celery & whole earth peanut butter, carrot sticks... we'll c how long this lasts hey! Im quite lucky chocolate and sweets makes me vomit worse so atleast i cant binge if i wanted to x
 
Fri 9.11 (19 weeks & 4 days)

My bump has popped right out in the last week, still in my normal clothes but bought a few bits of maternity clothes for when the day comes arghh! 7lbs gain so far, not too bad iv lost all my muscle tone i really cant face the gym at the min.

Todays plan- banana & weetabix, unsalted cashews, chicken salad wrap, carrots & homous then im unsure about tea i tend to feel sickest at night time :S

Still not feeling good going to try my best with filling & healthy this week. Im finally past the 20 week mark, weighed myself yesterday (10 stone) but i will probably weigh on a tues when my pregnancy weeks go by :)

1 toasted roll ( 2 )
45 min swim ( +2 )
Bacon, mush, tom, b sauce flatbread ( 2 )
2 crumpets ( 2 )
Bacon, eggs, mush, toms, crumpets & cheese ( 4 )

=10/49

Iv stuggled again today, find it hard to not be sick off anything thats not carby as well as being constantly hungry.

Banana
1 crumpet ( 1 ) & banana
35 min Swim ( +2 )
Bacon, egg, mushroom, tomato flatbread & beans
Yoghurt ( 2 ), banana & crisps ( 3 )
Asda chicken bacon pasta salad ( 2 )
Cheese ( 3 ) & crumpets

= 21/49
+4 exercise
 
I havent had much time to update lately, iv been doing propoints- 36 a day and 49 weeklies. My weight has gone up to 10.3 so going to go back to the sw diet today i wasnt gaining so fast then. Hopefully its just a growth spurt!
22 weeks- 13lb gain
