A crusty white bread roll is 4pp
A granary roll is 3pp
Having looked hon it seems like most rolls fall into the 4pp category.

think it depends on size there no Nutritional values on packet? if it's a medium size one then 4pp would be about right, but for things like a bap bigger size it's 6pp

Started WW Discovery in Sept 09
lost 5 stone by the time i got to December 2010,
then maintained until August 2011 ...
now have slowly seen the weight creep up
so back on ProPoints to sort it out
November 2012 - 12st 9lbs
1 stone put on over a year and 3months
Nope there is nothing on the pack but its not huge so Im thinking 4 is about right. I even went for a brown roll in the hope its better for me even though I know they have exactly the same calories, lol.
They do but wholemeal rolls are classed as filling hon so it will keep you fuller longer. Enjoy your egg roll.
