Any ideas on low point meals using beef mince?
Hi , Does anyone have any ideas for any low point mince , cant decide what to make for tea fancy something different for a change. x

Week 2 -1 1/2 lbs off Pro Points
Total 6 lbs lost

The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is spag Bol but I'm sure you've thought of that already.
Week 0 - 12st 12.5 lbs
Week 1 - 12st 10 lbs (-2.5 loss)
Week 2 - 12st 7.5 lbs (-2.5 loss)
Week 3 - 12st 7 lbs (-0.5 loss)
Week 4 - 12st 4.5 lbs (-2.5 loss)
TOTAL = 8 lb loss Target weight = 10 st by Christmas (40lb loss)
