Okay so I've been reading through a lot of people's weight loss diaries and thought it might help me to make my own one..
My name is Vicky, I'm 23 and I've always been a bit of a fatty.... In February this year I decided a change was in order so I started weight watchers from home. I did well lost 2 stone by the end of March, however I then unfortunately lost my job and was off work for 6 weeks. Resulting in me putting a stone back on.(Eating out of boredom more than anything)
Anyway 6 weeks ago I started back on weight watchers and have shifted the stone I put back on (so that's a loss of just over 2stone now.. Sorry if I'm confusing anyone)
Last week I bought weight watchers monthly pass on ******* which gives me 2 months worth of meetings and esorce (it was really cheap!!) So last Wednesday off I went to my first meeting which I found really helpful! I weighed in at 18st9 (2lb less than I was expecting!) plus there was loads of people with some fantastic success stories!
That was me motivated then. My goal is to lose 7 stone by Christmas which works out at 2.5lbs a week I have a lot of weight to lose so this is doable (in theory) so 2 stone down 5 to go!!!
I have a really bad habit of weighing everyday. It's my actual weigh day tomorrow so I will be sure to keep you all updated
