Its that time again... a new month coming up... time for a new challenge

The way the challenge works
You set yourself a challenge for the month, and then post on here every week when you weigh in. Then I edit this main post to show how well everyone is doing.

Why?
I find it really motivating, and it's easier to set myself a small monthly challenge then a huge one like 'lose 3 stone by June'. Smaller challenges are the best I say! :D

So... If you are interested in joining, just post and let me know how much you want to lose by the end of the month (it might also help if you post your weigh in days)

Weigh in day is a Monday it may change to a Tuesday but i'll post and say if it does.

I aim to lose 14lbs by the end of May.
 
And me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Starting today so my weigh in day will be Sunday and although I hope it will be a lot more aiming for 14 lbs in may!

Weight day Monday and I would put me down for another 7lbs please.

Going away for a few days over bank holiday so I dont hold out much hope but we will give it a go lol, and gotta keep up with Marie

Can I join too please ? I didn't join the April challenge and having lost, gained and stayed the same, I am starting May 0.5lb heavier than I started April - not very good.

So ..... put me down for 6lbs please. Weigh in day is Monday.
