Hi everyone - just wanted to say hello! Am in the middle of my first week doing WW, feeling good so far!
Have a lot to lose, but also looking at it as a life change - ie eat better, move more, and make those 2 things a habit/daily life instead of eating rubbish and sitting on my bum. Be a healthy person for both myself AND my wee boy!
Anyhoo - as I say, lot to lose, so if anyone is in same boat and wants to buddy up and support each other, I'm up for that.
