Day 1 back on points
tried healthy and filling but gained so am back counting points.
S o far today i have eaten
a bowl of blueberries
packet of pops crisps - 2pp?
half a packet of microwave rice. 4pp
homemade chickpea curry and a weigh watcher naan bread. 8pp
Planning on eating a yogurt and some more fruit.
Also having marmite on warburtons thins toast for supper. 4pp
Had milk in my coffee throughout the day 3pp
I've never done simple filling as If I eat with the family at meal times I find I'm cooking something completely different for me.
Personally I like to point so I know where I am. That's a good food intake all the fruit is filling especially the bananas yummy x
