sticking to points
i really fancy trying the 5:2 diet so i am thinking that i i can incoprate it as i am paying for weightwatchers i can not stick to may points. so to help me cope i was thinking that 2-3 days a week i will only allow myself 20 propoints then i can eat all fruit and veg i want the rest of the days i will find it really easy to stick to my 37 propoints surely so tomorrow will be my first day a 20 propoints. Its this or losing hope altogether
