    why oh why

    Do I keep falling off the wagon . I start off okay then muck up half way through the day .any advice please how to keep on track

    Yes I am over by afternoon and start on a downward spiral from there

    are you maybe having to little points early on causing you to be hungrier later on?

    Its really hard to get motivated. I think once you start seeing the weight loss or people start noticing and commenting can be the trigger to spur you on. I used to keep a picture of me that I really disliked and looked at it quite a lot which gave me great inspiration.
