    Day 1 - Fast Start or Not Fast Start?

    Hi all.

    Day 1 for me and class was a bit rushed...can't work out if I should do the fast start or not.

    My daily points total should be 30, I've only had 10.5 points today so think I can handle 18 quite easily for a week at least.

    Am I kidding myself or should I stick with the 30...help appreciated!

    Lose 3 stones in 6 months
    Week 1 W.I. - 15st 9Llb's - 7Llb loss

    Hi and welcome.

    First if youre over 14 stones you should be on 22 for fast start, not 18.

    If its your very first week you might find 22 isnt too bad, personally I find it a killer lol


    Restarted VLCD - Jan 6 2012

    January - 28lbs
    February - 9lbs
    March - 13lbs
    April - 6lbs (2 weeks holiday)

    May 6 -9lbs
    May 13 - 4lbs

    Hi Starlight and thanks for the advice...while I'm at it do you know how many points are in a pint of Guinness! Will try and save a few for the wknd!
