its a pie (like the ones fully in pastry)
and it has chicken chuncks, creamy carbonara sauce and this one although normally it doesnt) had mushrooms... it normally has sweetcorn in it too....

YUM YUM!!
in australia a pie and sauce (ketchup) is our food we would have at such events and also things like footie and the likes....
but its normally just a mince meat (beef) pie. hot... also yum. and im craving one of those now!!!

right after a not so great day yesterday (but not as bad as what i could have done) i am back trying to be focused!!
i want to get to the 11s very quickly and im hoping i can do it sooner rather than later...

so wish me luck...

ive got 2 weeks off (starting in about 6 hours.)
and im gonna give it my bloody all!!!

According to the sw scales I've lost 1.5lbs.
Woop woop.

Over the moon. As sat wasn't good with all you can eat Chinese and drinks in the eve...

Let's hope with the next 2 weeks off and going to the gym every day, and when the dreaded monthly visitor has done with being here I'm going to go swimming too.

well its weigh in tomorrow...

lets hope that ive lost some weight, because im feeling like thats not going to happen....
ive tried really hard, and been pretty good (otherwise i would have frequent visits to the loo)

well on my scales (not that i should really be weighing in on my scales) i lost a pound...
im realllllly hoping tht is the case on the sw ones, but we will have to wait and see......

The Slimming world scales came in at a pound loss.... better than nothing, but only giving me a total of 2.5lb loss this month.... hmmm not great but still lighter than a month ago.

My next goal is tobe in the 11's by the time we go away.. weigh in for that is Friday 13th Aug let's hope its a lucky one.

I'm a little disappointed.... +2lbs.... but that's ok. I've worked really hard at the gym.. for those who haven't checked out my exercise thread please do, give me your thoughts etc...

As long as I can achieve the inch goals this month (despite) us going away. I will be working super hard still and plan on walking LOADS while we are, and I plan on not eating too much rubbish... just a little. It is my holidays after all.

I think I need to research a little more into how to repair muscles quicker.... I've got extremely sore muscles and thats what I'm assuming is causing my weight gain...
