Making preparations for my fresh start. I'm planning to start on Monday. I've done a healthy shop, started to plan the meals, and asked the other half to quit filling the fridge with all the yummy munchies. I'm going to take the dreaded 'before' pictures tonight so I have my motivational tool to the ready. I have a week or so of xen left from before. I need to decide if I'm going to use it, or go it alone... ...think it might help with the kick start at the beginning, but also don't want to depend on it too much and then screw up if it's out of stock again etc. My heads in a good place, I'm feeling positive and looking forward to the summer. Let's see how I'm doing in a weeks time! Here we go...
