Hey guys!
I figured that as quite a few of us from the DOING SW AT HOME thread (http://www.minimins.com/slimming-wor...ml#post6166029 (DOING SW FROM HOME???)) are attempting the 5:2 fasting diet, we could chat about how it's going and our meal ideas on here!
If you're already doing 5:2 - how do you use your calories? Do you save them all up for one meal at dinner time, or snack through the day? How have you found working on a fast day?
To those of you (like myself) who are going to start next week or soon, what are your plans?

I think this thread is a good idea because not everyone wants to read about the 5:2 diet & there's a lot of mixed views on it. I'm just going to give it a go & see how I get on!
