    Started on Tuesday..

    Well that was my first fast day anyway. Im doing 500 cals tues and fri the other days im monitoring what I eat but not restricting it, just ensuring im not going above my maintain my weight allowance (on mfp) for which is quite a lot because of my weight! I had been dabling in vlcds so used to fasting but kept going off track. So seems pointless to try and do it then fail every week or so. Find it mentally hard to restart a vlcd too. But as it's just 1 day im hoping I will be ok so lost a stone on the vlcd and not gained it back.. so going from there. . Its been nearly 2 months since I first did the vlcd and its just fluctuated so need to find something that will keep me going down that I won't throw in the towel lol even 1lb a week would be good

    Watched the horizon programme last night very interesting!

    This is my second fast day. Going to have one meal at dinner and coffees and going to have a frozen ww meal. pretty hungry lol

    Well done on ur 2fast days! Keep motivated! I know what u mean about being quiet in this section, compared to the other forums it's hard to get a reply sometimes lol I'm having a bad week but going to try my best from 2moro on.. Keep up the good work xo

    Thank you, not entirely sure when I should weigh in? My fast days are tues and fri? So was thinking every week on a Wednesday morning?

    Yeah deffinately whatever day is best for u, I weigh in on a Monday although it's hard not to step on the scales after a fast day. Hope ur doing well xo

    3rd fast day today. Very hungry lol i dont eat until dinner on fast days trying to leave dinner as long as poss! Have read its good to have 16hrs of no eating and I had a biscuit with my tea last night about 9. So im in my 20th hour. I did weigh in at the start last tues, but think I should be weighing in after a fast day and not after a 3 days of 'feast' days. I didnt actually properly record my weight at the start of the diet kind of know though, will prob get a better idea a week tomoz if its working

    Thank you! Managed bang on 500 cals today. Had 2 x coffees with 113 of semi milk 56cals Low sweet n sour micro meal for dinner 274 cals Hot and spicy chicken breast 39g's 44cals added to dinner..had no plain.. Lol Dark choc 25g 125cals Total 500cals I weigh everything unless it's pre packaged lol no estimates for me I want my calories worth. If it had of been more before the choc I would have had less of it, but luckily it just worked out. Also went on an hour walk with my kids got a buggy board for my 3 year old so was pushing him and my 18week old in the pushchair up some mega hills so reckon I must have burned a couple of extra t calories lol Weigh in Tomoz argh!!

    Oh and I should add I don't eat breakfast or lunch on a fast day just coffee for late breakfast, water and diet soft drinks. Works best for me and read somewhere it's good for you to fast for longer..but then I do have my 60ml of milk first!

    End of my fast day today. I don't find it too hard, just get a bit shakey during the day lol im going on a mini break for 5 days and wont be fasting. My normal fast days are tues and fri. Was thinking about doing another on sunday then one when im back on the sat and back to my usual pattern tues and fri the following week.. we shall see, hope I dont go crazy! I tend to put a lot on when im off plan on any diet! Argh..

    Lovely where are you going? I am the same, the minute I'm off plan I try and make the most of it by eating lots :-/ but just try and keep busy and don't undo your hard work so far. You're allowed treats and breaks so don't worry too much! I've definitely over eaten on most of my feast days but we're all human and there's always tomorrow! X
