    Laura's Low Carb Diary

    Hello everyone!! You may have seen me lurking about for a while but this is me just getting round to starting a low carb diary!! I started on exante and lost 15.5lbs and it was proving too difficult for me to keep up and I was miserable so I decided to switch to low carb and I love it!!
    I also have my wedding in january 2012 in cuba and I have already bought a size 10 wedding dress (eeeeek) so I have to do it!!!!

    Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, 1 rasher bacon, fried mushrooms, coffee with splenda and lacto free milk
    Lunch: Two chicken legs, couple cubes cheese
    Dinner: Steak, half a grilled tomato, sliced and fried brussel sprouts/leeks

    Thanks everyone!!! It's going really well so far I'm loving it, can totally see me eating low carb forever not just for the weight loss but I feel alive and healthy!! Was meant to have low carb sausages for Brek but I was sure I bought them now can't find them have even checked the boot of the car and everything ah well eggs again it is :-) having homemade burgers for lunch with a drop of salad and then venison chops and veg for tea. Have also started taking l carnitine and cod liver oil supplements in addition to my usual vitamins I've read a wee bit on it and seems like it's a good thing to take on low carb... I'll let you know how I get on. Xx

    It's really nice it's kinda beef like but more earthy I'd say... My fiancés dad is a gamekeeper so we eat loads of it. I wasn't sure if I'd like it or not when I tried it but I love it.
