Hello everyone!! You may have seen me lurking about for a while but this is me just getting round to starting a low carb diary!! I started on exante and lost 15.5lbs and it was proving too difficult for me to keep up and I was miserable so I decided to switch to low carb and I love it!!
I also have my wedding in january 2012 in cuba and I have already bought a size 10 wedding dress (eeeeek) so I have to do it!!!!
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, 1 rasher bacon, fried mushrooms, coffee with splenda and lacto free milk
Lunch: Two chicken legs, couple cubes cheese
Dinner: Steak, half a grilled tomato, sliced and fried brussel sprouts/leeks
