Dinner was a little naughty, shredded duck then chicken topped with cheese and toms, left the chips but had a bite of cheesecake for desert and 2 glasses of red.
Put it into my fitness pal but didn't make me feel better
I bought it from the guy who comes round the office, it was really nice!! I've made broccoli and Stilton soup for today and probs the rest of the week x
