Hope you can help me. I've done Atkins before and lost weight many years ago- I'm back again and this time need to stick to it for longer to lose a lot of weight.
The only thing is I don't know what I'm scared of. At night I decide from the next morning I'm starting Atkins and then once I'm awake I want to have a full breakfast with loads of toast!
How did you guys get going? And when you crave carbs like crazy what do you do to overcome it??
