Hi Really want to come back to atkins woe and I have been using mfp for the past couple of months with not too bad results just calorie counting but now I don't know if I can stop counting! When I did atkins before I just ate and wrote down my carbs and ate a lot of protein and lost weight but when I try to log on through mfp I freak out at the calories but I like the format and how it's works What do you all do?
Just ignore the Cals and count the carbs xx
Ignore the calories, I tend to sometimes go over and under, once you are in the swing of ketosis you will find that you naturally eat around the right amount anyway :) I'm athenagold on there if you want to add me
