    How much have you lost?

    Hi,
    I did Atkins back last year and lost a few pounds before holidays, engagement and life got in the way! I've been doing slimming world on prescription through my dr and I have lost 4 pounds in 5 weeks- am so disappointed as i seem to be losing and gaining the same 2 pounds every week. So I'm sat here thinking shall I give Atkins a go, I get married in January and would love to be 2 stone lighter? My question is do you think it's possible? And how much weight have you lost? In what time scale?

    Good to see you again. If you go to the beginning of my diary, i posted all my weekly/monthly weight losses near the beginning. So yes it's always possible to lose weight but as always will depend on your starting point, exercise, strictness etc. good luck!

    Thanks- your losses are pretty impressive!! I'm definitely thinking that Atkins is the way forward for me. I have been doing slimming worlds red days but still haven't had the losses that Atkins gave me and never got Into ketosis with it. I'm really at a point where I just don't know what to do next!! X

    Weight to Lose: 1st13.6lb
    % Lost 17.47%
    In the first 4 weeks I lost 14.8lbs - 8.8lbs of that in the first week.
    I have been losing slowly since then, but I haven't had the money this month to be really strict with it, so only lost 4lbs this month - but still a 1lb loss a week, so cannot complain at all!
