First Weigh in - 23st 2lbs first week Cambridge diet SS
WK1 lost- 4.5 inches consultant forgot her scales - 3 cheat days silly me! 22/04.
WK2 - 100%- lost 24lbsnow 21st6lbs - 29/04
wk 3 - break bank holiday no weigh in 06/05
wk 4 - gained 8lbs - now 22st week off plan 13 /05

The site I use to log my calories recommends not going under 1200 calories a day. But if you're bigger you can eat a lot more. Go to Free Calorie Counter, Diet & Exercise Journal | MyFitnessPal.com and put in your weight and height and goal weight and stuff and it will work out how many calories you should eat to get to that goal![]()
Thanks i was wondering if i eat 80 kcals wud that be silly or cud i live on that for 12 weeks?
