    Just wanted to say hi , tried every diet ( nearly) and I have come to realise that maybe the simplicity of cc will do the trick , want to lose another 4 stone by next June am hoping to spend my 50 th with the dolphins in vegas so need to fit into a wetsuit lol . Here goes
