I'm Becki, I'm 25, married with 3 children and currently I'm doing a history degree!
Iv been up and down and up and down and up again through having my three little boys. Jesse is 5, Teddy is nearly 3 and Tobi is 10 months!
When Tobi was born last June I was my heaviest ever at 17st 6lbs. Since then Iv tried weight watchers, slimming world, Cambridge and calorie counting various times with varying success and weighed in on Monday at 14st 5lbs
I love how fast I lost weight on Cambridge but it's so hard and I struggled to keep up with it. Especially because it made me tired and gave me headaches!
So this time I'm starting simple. I KNOW how to eat healthily, I know I need to be more active. I know the calories and pro points and syns of most things off the top of my head. I just need to do it now. No pressure, no starving, no binging. Just small healthy steps every day.
