    I used to ignore them and stick to 1200 ish now am trying to maintain I make sure I eat some of them back.. want to now sts and dont want to lose anymore does meen if I drop weight I go into panic mode and dont make very good food choices!!

    It depends. I don't think that your net calories should go under 1200, it's just not healthy but I aim for 1400 calories a day so I don't have to eat back every single calorie that I burn and I also don't think that I should eat those calories back in junk. Note I said don't think I should, not I always don't! ha
