Hi All,
Not found the right approach, keep trying and not able to sustain consistency with whatever I do. So the weight is up and down.
It's now mid of March and I always seem to be far away from my goal. It's not about education or denial. I know I eat too much and why I gain weight. I just can't eat enough to lose....
What am I supposed to do?
