Quorn sausages and burgers

Can you have them on AAM week? If so how much, is it the same weight as normal quorn?

I have some in the freezer and I'd love a change from cottage cheese tonight.

Also, has anyone found it hard going back to SS after AAM week? I think i'm gonna struggle as I've really enjoyed the last 2 days.
