    starting cambridge diet 8th jan

    hi im new to this site and im starting the cambridge diet 8th jan ,decided that the 8th woul be a good time to start as all christmas goodies will have gone and its my day off so will have time to read up on the books,is anyone else starting soon as would be nice to have someone to talk to xx

    been on maintenance for 2 weeks now and have maintained, learning to lighten up a little now and not relying on food scales as much either (as daunting as it is) think i got portion control down to a fine art now
    monday 23rd august 10stone
    monday 6th sept 2010 9.12 -2lb
    monday 20th 2010 9.12 (stayed same).

    Started Cambridge 7/1/14 @ 16.3lb

    Goal = to be in a size 10 by July
    84lbs to go.

    Week 1 - 8 3/4.

    Hi people! So I started 7th Jan too... I'm motivated and excited to get this done. My stats...

    7th Jan - 15 stone 1lb
    Target - 9 stone 10lb
    ONLY 5 stone 5lb to go!!! ?

    If I really stick to the diet properly, how long should it take to lose it? What do you think?
