I tend to find the times I feel hungry that water gets me over it.

I average about 4 litres a day, 1 of which I add the Cambridge flavours to.

Can you not manage black coffee or tea?

The only way i manage to drink water is setting a reminder on my phone every hour and drinking then, otherwise i can go the whole day without drinking!

I add hot water to mine. I don't like drinking so much cold water in this weather so add so hot to it to make it less cold. Goes down a lot easier. I manage about 4 litres a day this way.

I like water and already drunk a lot before cambridge, but it certainly goes down quicker and easier for me with some orange flavouring! x
