Hey lovely people. I have been trying to get info on this for a few days now, but am getting contradicting points of view. Some say it is okay to do mild exercises when on a less than 500 cal VLCD. Others say that it slows down the weight loss. I am on my third week and have lost only 8 lbs. I started doing 20-30 mins of Zumba in week 2. I love the adrenaline rush of exercise, so don't want to do away with it completely. But I am barely losing weight. I wonder if it is because of the exercise.
