Thread: 2nd time… slower wight loss!? any clue?

    Current Weight: 11st13.6lb
    Goal Weight: 10st3.3lb
    Goal Date: hopefully October 2014 :-)

    Total Weight Loss: 0st13.2lb
    Weight to Lose: 1st10.3lb
    % Lost 7.3%

    Unhappy 2nd time… slower wight loss!? any clue?

    hi,

    although I am starting from a higher weight compared to the previous time, my weight loss is much slower, my CDC is happy with my weight loss but I am not!

    anyone had the same experience to share will be really appreciated...

    Mine is exactly the same, last time I did it I lost 9lbs the first week. This time only 5lbs, my first weigh in last night. Just have to keep chipping away at it & try not to let it demoralise you. I know it's hard
