although I am starting from a higher weight compared to the previous time, my weight loss is much slower, my CDC is happy with my weight loss but I am not!

Mine is exactly the same, last time I did it I lost 9lbs the first week. This time only 5lbs, my first weigh in last night. Just have to keep chipping away at it & try not to let it demoralise you. I know it's hard
