    Hey everyone

    I am on day 7 of my journey and have started on step 3. It will be interesting to see how my weight loss results compare to people on SS.

    Anyone else start on Step 3?

    Hey,

    It's going really well. The initial water loss is over now and so in my second week I lost 4lbs which is still great. I have lots of energy and my hair and nails feel really strong.

    Are you on SS at the moment?

    im on ss+ it worked out well for me, should be changing up to step3 in 3 to4 weeks, just depends how quick i lose the next 10 or so pounds. your having great losses with the step 3. think its a case do it your way.

    I've been doing step 3 since sept lost a stone - love the diet but had 2 weeks off due to ofsted so back on it tomorrow - hope not too hard xxx

    Yes been off for 3 weeks as no money and struggling but want another stone off :-)

    I'm now on step 3, after 7 weeks of SS+. Feels weird, eating so much in the morning and evening. I am finding I'm getting hungry in the afternoon as I used to have a hit chocolate the shake. How are you both getting on? X

    hi girls...

    i have a holiday in may but want to start tomorrow. i have some shakes at home left from before. i might try 2 shakes and a no carb meal as i am in doubt i will stick to 3 shakes....how does that sound? x

    I would suggest you do SS+ which is 3 shakes and a 200 calorie no carb meal. That way you get all the nutrition from your shakes, no hunger and feel like you're not missing out by having the 200 calorie meal. Did that for 11 weeks and lost 30lb!

    Hi there I started CWP on Tuesday 25 th feb on stage 3. I wan to lose 1.5 stone and wanted to start on stage 3 as it fits into my life style and having a hubby to cook for too.


    So far so good!

    Hi there,

    Can I join in? Im planning to start on this step at the weekend. I did ss years ago and know that I just cant do it this time. Ive 2 kids under 3 so its just far too restrictive for me. Im encouraged by the losses you guys have been having on step 3. How was everyone at the weekend? Any more losses to report?

    Since starting this post I have lost 2 stone and kept it off. I did this all on step 3 which was actually quite enjoyable!
