    my first weigh in this morning!!!

    I lost 16 lbs!!!!!
    week 1: -16lbs
    week 2: - 2lbs (had to go for an important meal)
    week 3: - 7lbs
    week 4: - 8lbs
    week 5: - 1lbs
    week 6: - 4lbs
    week 6.5: -4lbs
    (switched from Monday to Friday weigh in)
    ~~~~~~~~~~3 stone lost woooo!~~~~~~~~~~
    week 7.5: - 1lbs

    i am really pleased, my start weight was 21 stone 7 lbs, which i am still amazed by as well.

    I did have to go out for a meal yesterday so I'm worried how that will affect my weigh in this week.
