Stacey's journey to 10st! Time to get healthy - Newbie here, all support appreciated!
I'm new here and new to CD. 1st day today, starting on Sole Source. First thoughts are not too bad, really hungry but to be expected! I have 5st to lose to get to my target of 10st :eek:. I really hope I get a good first week loss to spur me on, I'm more motivated then I've ever been before! ot a fan of the chocolate orange shakes although the others seem to be going down a treat.
I'm looking forward to when Ketosis kicks in because I can see this hunger lark being a big battle. But I have to keep telling myself that nothing tastes as good as skinny feels! I may never be skinny, but I can be healthy :)
Anyway, if anyone has any tips for getting through this first week, all comments appreciated!
