    Goodmorning Everyone !

    Im starting my diet today... WISH ME LUCK

    Started today with one egg and 6 egg whites with herbs and a little onion in an omlette.

    Have Tandoori chicken legs for lunch at work with my gallet to snack on at my desk

    Have had coffee with skimmed milk and it tasted better alot lighter than normal milk

    No water yet but will change when i get to my desk...took the morning off so i could organise myself...!!!

    Just got home and weighed myself i know its only half a day but ive gone up to 76.4 from 73.4 thid has to be water ive drabk half a a litre already...and a coffee
    Ive never drank water before gosh i hope it does really work

    Pcos is horrible makes everything harder but im gna stick to it
    Oh just realised im.actually wearing clothes maybe yhats a pound or two lol..

    I would weigh daily at first the scales as us Dukaneers Know the scales can also be an enemy as sometimes a slight gain can affect your moods and it could only be a little water retention xxx The books are great but I find the advice on hear speaking for myself is far more valuable than the book as we are all going through it together xxx

    Sid thats great advice thanks...i will weigh in the morning daily to start with after the loo but before breaky. in the same clothes or no clothes lol

    I cant for tomorow morning already...feel sleepy - only day one !!

    i cant beleive im not hungry and not had a hypo i usually eat so much junk 3 -4 bars of chocs half a loaf of bread cheese coke crisps and some healthy foods too but i thought id be shaking from withdrawal...maybe thatl come tomorow but im now off owrk for four days so i hope the worst of it will come and go in the next few days....

    Thanks i will do...my scales are downstairs in the living room (only hard surface to get them to work properly) This could be fun getting on them naked lol

    I have now put up a pic of me and hubby and it will act as a motivator This is what id like to look like again !! Hubby keeps saying i dont look that diff but my clothes speak volumes size 10 -12 to size 14 - 16 even 18 some bits from primark...

    Im so excited about this...worried im setting up to fail...need to find ppl on this diet who have pcos ...cudnt find a thread for it!!

    2-1-13 DAY ONE ATTACK DIARY

    Breaky: 1 whole egg and 6 egg white omlette with onions and herbs large coffee with skimmed milk
    Snack : Water and half of my daily gallete (picked at it at work) 1 chicken drumstick
    Lunch: 3 Chicken drumsticks tandoori style
    Snack: remainder of gallete with some quark and a cup of tea
    Dinner: 2 Salmon Fillets cooked in oven with soy sauce and ginger (this was very yummy) and a coffee
    Am a little peckish now so will have a small pot of yoghurt with salt and garam masala (spice)

    I had my one and half litre of water and my oat bran thing broken up as it was plain (im a little dubious about using aspartine all cancer scare thing)

    QUESTIONS

    is this enough food...im a little peckish now but havent really felt hungry at all - ive never drank water usualy only one cup of tea or coffee a day so i think this is very new to my body. Easy to drink water at work but i hope the trips to the ladies are not so frequent and urgent as i get used to the water intake...
