Goodmorning Everyone !
Im starting my diet today... WISH ME LUCK
Started today with one egg and 6 egg whites with herbs and a little onion in an omlette.
Have Tandoori chicken legs for lunch at work with my gallet to snack on at my desk
Have had coffee with skimmed milk and it tasted better alot lighter than normal milk
No water yet but will change when i get to my desk...took the morning off so i could organise myself...!!!
