    So I've finally gotten round to writing a diary. I guess I picked today as its the first day I go to the gym and the day I cleared everything I'm not allowed out my house so no more temptations. Even after my holiday I continued to eat crap, so I guessed if I picked gym day I was less likely to be naughty so to speak. So I'll go and do an attack for a few days then the rest of it. I won't be getting weighed until the 27/8 though as my club leader is on holiday until then and I love chatting to the ladies there and can't bring myself leaving them. So I'll let you know how I go.

    Didn't do to badly, although I ate too much salmon at lunch and it made me really ill last night. It was nice though, just to much , still feeling pretty full now so might skip breakfast. Gym induction went well, can get a program on tomorrow, wanted one today but I have to wait as they double booked us But I think I'll go today anyway just to keep motivated.
